The stainless steel top includes an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, and the included pans are 4" deep, but the tops can accommodate 6" deep pans if needed. The counter also comes with a 17" polyethylene cutting board for convenient food preparation. Made in the USA, this counter is built to last with a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP motor.
